 Girl Scouts of Northern CA encourages every troop to have a well rounded Girl Scout experience. They offer a wide variety of online tools, training, meeting plans, suggestions and ideas, for troop leaders and volunteers at every level. • Think of Volunteer Essentials as your encyclopedia to Girl Scout volunteering!   Formerly known as the Council Resource Guide, the Volunteer Essentials is fully digital, searchable, and printable for your convenience.  
• gsLearn: GSNorCal's Learning Management System is your one-stop-shop for volunteer training, customized to the age of your troop. New Leader training is also available! 
• Meeting Ideas: A month-to-month list of suggestions for your troop meetings. 
• Diamond Crest Google Group*: A place for leaders, troop Treasurers, cookie volunteers and general members, to post a question or share an idea! Specific groups available for leaders, general members, 
• Diamond Crest Newsletter*: A monthly newsletter to highlight upcoming events, helpful reminders, and snapshots of what some of our troops have been doing.
• Volunteer Meeting*: Held every other month in the evening, this is a great chance for leaders and volunteers to connect with one another, ask questions, and speak with committee chairs about upcoming events. Every meeting also includes a Supply Swap where you can donate or borrow uniforms, badges, books, and supplies with other troops.
