January
- 1/11: Troop Initial Order due by 11:59 PM Pacific
- 1/13: Digital Cookie opens
February
- 2/5: Girl Scout can begin in-person sales once cookies in hand (door-to-door, girl-delivered, cookie stand)
- 2/6: Cupboards open, booth begins, deadline to opt-out of rewards in Smart Cookie
March
- 3/16: Cookie Program ends
- 3/18: Final rewards due in Smart Cookie

Troop Cookie Chair Program Guide
[NEW] Cookie Mailing for Troop Cookie Chairs
Troop cookie materials were mailed directly to the Troop Cookie Chair in early December. Troops without a Troop Cookie Chair will receive materials via the Troop Leader.
If your troop has more than one Troop Cookie Chair or no designated Cookie Chair and more than one Troop Leader, please contact GSNorCal (info@gsnorcal.org) to find out who received the mailing.

Thank you to all the Troop volunteers and their scouts who participated in the online program, where entrepreneurs learned financial literacy and developed five leadership skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics.
In addition to these important business and life skills, scouts learned philanthropy by making donations from their earned rewards, to the SF Zoo for this year’s mascot,
the endangered Asian Elephant!
Congratulations to the participating troops who earned 20% of total product sales and the 14 scouts who
earned their personalized patch!
Girl Scouts reached out to family and friends to take orders for chocolates, nuts, magazine subscriptions, Tervis Tumblers, and Girl Scout themed Bark Boxes.

mid-Dec: Rewards received, awaiting Troop pickup and distribution.
