Troop Cookie Chair (TCC) to gain access to required training in gsLearn and to Smart Cookies.**

TRAINING
Mandated Reporter Annual Acknowledgement
- Log in here: https://mygs.girlscouts.org/
- Click on gsLearn on the left-hand side
- Hit continue to my dashboard
- Find the course: 636 GSNorCal Mandated Reporter Annual Acknowledgement course (required every year to complete TCC training)
TCC training available in gsLearn dashboard. Complete only one Learning Path that aligns with experience.
- 636 New Troop Cookie Chair 2026 or
- 636 Experienced Troop Cookie Chair 2026
If a TCC cannot see training, contact info@gsnorcal.org or the Cookie Hotline at 510.995.2900 for assistance.
Troop Cookie Chairs must complete all training, including the survey to gain access to Smart Cookies.
Once training is complete, Smart Cookies
access opened January 5 with access link sent via email.
Digital Cookie welcome links are only active for seven days. If the link expires, reset password. If you're not sure how to access gsLearn, read this article.
REWARDS
- mid-May: physical reward expected to the ship to Service Unit (email will be sent when ready for pickup)
- Council credit: receive via email to Girl Scout’s caregiver email on file
- Crossover Patch: Girl Scouts who met the criteria in the Fall Product and Cookie programs will receive this patch 8-10 weeks after April 1

READY TO EXPLORE
September 28 – October 25
Participation in this Fall Program prepares Girl Scouts and Troops for success in the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Plan to join us for Fall Product Program season, where Girl Scouts
learn financial literacy and develop the five leaderships skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics, all while also bringing awareness and philanthropy to this year's mascot, the Kangaroo!
Girl Scouts reach out to family & friends to take orders for tasty treats, magazine subscriptions, Tervis Tumblers, Cheerful Candles, personalized items and
Girl Scout themed Bark Boxes. Proceeds stay local to benefit our council and troops earn 20% on all items sold.

- 9/21: M2 early access for Troop and Service Unit Volunteers
- 9/23: Troop Fall Product Program Chair - Signup for Live Webinar Training on Sep 23, 2026 at 6PM.
- 9/28: Fall Product Program Begins! Girl Scout registration emails sent.
October
- 10/23: Last day to enter in-person & online girl-delivered orders in M2
- 10/24: Troop deadline for entering/editing order card items in M2
- 10/25: Program ends. Last day for online girl-delivered and direct ship nut, chocolate and magazine orders from customers.
November
11/9-11/13: Delivery of nuts & chocolate items to Service Unit
